Condiment Recipes

Say goodbye to store-bought condiments loaded with mysterious chemicals, preservatives, dyes, and artificial flavors. Instead, try these eight recipes for some of your favorite condiments, all made from cleaner ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry! From homemade mayo to tangy Worcestershire sauce, each recipe is crafted to elevate your dishes without compromising on taste or quality.

Customization:

All of these recipes are totally customizable! Feel free to add more or less salt, spice, sugar, etc., to meet your personal preferences. Your favorite herbs and spices could be great additions to most any of them as well. I love to add garlic powder to the mayonnaise and thyme to the mustard! Keep in mind that many of these condiments will become thicker once refrigerated and an additional splash of water can be added to reach your desired consistency if you’d like.

Storage:

I store all of these condiments in the refrigerator in sealed mason jars, but please note that they are not canning recipes. If storing in mason jars, I love these lids instead of the metal rings and lids to prevent rusting. The storage and shelf life recommendations are included in the recipe cards as well.
